You need to go in and change your settings for the percentages of carbs/proteins/fats! Someone recommended to me to put them at 40/30/30... I am still over on carbs all the time though...

I tried one of those epilady torture devices and I never got used to it. It hurt just as bad to me even after using it for months!

Magic Shave is awesome... don't use it on my legs (just shave those) but rather on the lady parts. Talk about bald!!! ... no ingrown hairs or razor rash either. Stinks like perm solution but it totally does the trick!

I'm about your height and have been in maintainence mode for about 3 months. My weight fluctuates between 118-122. I eat 1600 net calories... 2100-2200 total calories because I always eat my exercise calories every day. I think part of the difference is lean muscle mass. The more you have, the more you can eat!

That freshman fifteen hit me hard... I actually think it was more than 15 but I quit getting on the scale after a while because I didn't want to know. That weight gain back in college is what inspired me to start getting healthy and exercising and I've been doing it ever since!

Get a HRM... seriously there is no way to know how much you are burning without it. I have burned as little as 275 in a 60 min class and as much as 650. If you do a live class it's always different and the amount you burn will depend heavily upon your instructor and the song choices. I thoroughly enjoy the live classes…
