I'd love to join!!! Need to lose 20 lbs still. Lost about 10 lbs. My goal is 1450 calories. I try to do some kind of physical activity every day.

That's rough. Definitely use myfitnesspal calorie goal and try very hard to stick to it.

I'm sorry :( That's tough. I eat when I'm stressed too. Not good. Trying REALLY hard to dig in your heels and not emotionally eat. It takes a lot of determination. Feel free to add me if you ever need to talk or vent. If you feel you absolutely have to eat...eat something low calorie and healthy like fruit or veggies.

I'm sorry :( Life is tough sometimes. Just try to focus and stay positive. I'm sure you'll do great. You could always work out at home too. I walk in place at home sometimes. Still exercise!! :) I'm here if you ever need to talk or vent! Good luck!

I'm sorry you are having such a rough time. Losing weight is tough which is something I'm learning. Just try and stay strong, stay focused on your goals. I think the elipical and walking dvd is a great idea. Try not to be too down on yourself. You know what you want, go for it! You can do it!

I'm with you! I am awful at emotionally eating. When I am really stressed which seems to happen ALL the time, I reach for junk food :( Hate it and trying to get away from it but it's hard. Try to get help with it (i.e. dietician, mental health) and although I am learning what is good for you and what isn't I actually have…
