since Jan 1, I have lost 36 lbs ... so almost 40 in 4 months. But I had 70 total to lose and I think that makes a big difference. I eat between 1700 and 1900 cal a day.

you look great!!

thanks everyone!! I didn't have high hopes when I started, just determination. I think taking rest days every 4 days or so really helped. I also skipped around ... Did level 1 for 8 days, then level 2 for 6 days, level 3 for 6 days, then the last 10 days I did whatever level I felt like. I used 3 lbs weights and also 8 lbs…

a guy in high school told me I looked like a potato on stilts. I'll never forget that. funny how high school schit stays with you, even years and years later.

I'm 5'8" and I have 20 to get to my goal weight (and 30 to my ultimate goal weight). I log in everyday. Feel free to add!

fiber one chocolate brownies - 90 calories and satisfies that chocolate craving or a hershey's dark chocolate kiss is only 22 calories. Melt five and pop some popcorn. Brush the chocolate onto popcorn - under 150 cal snack, salty and sweet, plus you can eat more popcorn if you are still hungry without killing your whole…

I've got one more day of the shred and I feel GREAT. I loved doing it and next week am going to probably start ripped in 30.

from what I understand, heavy lifting will sculpt your body but it won't necessarily move the scale - you need cardio for that. If you want to see the scale move again, add cardio to your routine.

What if I told you I make my own thin mints with three ingredients??

I eat about 1800 cal a day and I'm losing 1 lb a week. I have another 30 lbs to go, so I'm happy with that progress, overall.

100% this

screwed.

one dark chocolate hershey kiss is something like 22 calories. You have to limit yourself or hide the bag though, because those will add up :)

this was true for me as well. I took two days off in a row from the shred and regretted it ... that first day back I wanted to cry and the second day back was a killer!

I can feel my shoulder bones. And the other day my daughter was sitting in my lap. She stood up and walked away and I looked back down and was SHOCKED to see the floor instead of my belly.

love this. When I lose another 10lbs, I'm totally switching :)

day 20 here. Feel free to add!

36, 5'8" and 20# away from goal. Feel free to add me - I log in every day.

It's hard for me to just sit and do NOTHING, literally no exercise (which is so funny because five months ago THAT was easy, lol!!)

I do: 5-6 days of the 30DS each week walking/running (modified C25K) zumba class (once a week, sometimes twice if I can squeeze it in) pilates plus I coach a kid's soccer team

today was day 20 for me! @floppybackend: I do what I can. If I can't plank all the way through, I substitute another cardio or strength move. I do push ups against the wall. I use 3 lb weights and box. I feel myself getting stronger and stronger. As long as I keep moving, do SOMETHING, even if it is not exactly the way she…

I ran - like, really ran!! - today. I wanted to and I did it. I can feel my shoulder bones. I can see my clavicle. I LOVE HOW I FEEL!!!!

isn't that a great feeling? good job!

Take your measurements and weight the first day and then put them away until day 15 or so. Do level 1 five days and then take a day off. Then another five days of day one and a day off. I'm on Day 19 and I've done all the levels ... I got bored with the other ones but just today went back and did level 1 again -- each one…

I'm on day 19 (today, although haven't done it yet) and have so far lost 5 lbs (haven't taken my after measurements yet). My advice is: take a rest day every 4 days or so, but don't take two days off in a row. Skip around if you need/want to. Modify the moves if you need to. If you are bored with doing jumping jacks, do a…
