This is true for me, as well. I'm an 8 in R&R jeans, a 9 in Target jeans, and a 10 in Old Navy jeans. WTF? Although, I must admit I got a thrill to fit into an 8. Inside, I KNOW I am not an 8, but the thrill was there, nonetheless. Good work, fashion industry.

how much water are you drinking? Whatever your weight is, divide by 2 and make sure that is the number of ounces you get each day.

I was at the beach and ran there ... still got stuck on w8d2, even running on the sand BUT I had on new shoes that gave me blisters and I think with my old shoes I could've made it. I've been stuck at w8d2 for about a week or so ... not sure if it's the humidity or just burnout/fatigue. BUT. I can say I am a runner. I ran a 5K! I came in 3rd in my age group! so if I have a few weeks of "bad" runs ... I'm still running, I'm still doing it, go go go!
