had it for months.. tried most of the tricks people suggest with no help.. went to a running store where they videoed how I ran and recommended shoes and insoles based on it.. got a pair of new balance shoes and the insoles they recommended... PF pain was gone in less than a week, was back running with no problems…

i use to have bad problems with itchy legs switched to a body wash with moisturizer in it.. never had another issue

may also help to blend some ice into it... I typically do that anyways.. but between the ice and the thermos.. should be good for awhile

is water a requirement, or are you just trying to keep the cals low? you may want to try using almond milk (30 cals for 8 oz).. Im not a fan of it straight up, or in cereal, but it works great for my shakes..

well yea... being a candy bar first.. i would have expected the high calorie count... that didnt surprise me but being a candy bar first... i would have expected it to taste better

my wife picked up some snickers marathon bars for me to try yesterday... 280 cals for 21g protein seems pretty high and i wasnt particularly impressed with the taste... very dry..

i looked at the quest bars.. and only notice a marginal difference... the ones i found were only 20g protein, and 160cals.. so this ratio is 8:1, vs 9:1 on the premier bars... i dont mind the extra 30 cals, to get 30g protein in a single bar.

when i go to the gym.. its typically a mix of people, but honestly.. i hardly even notice its definitely not some place just for uber fit 20 somethings.. just about everyone there has their own body issues, goals, etc.. and they are focused on themselves.. they may notice you, but trust me.. they wont pay any attention..…
