i prefer the look and feel of the fossil hybrid, but its app support is terrible.. still tinkering with how to get it to sync to mfp.. in the past ive used multiple fitbits.. never had a problem with any breaking.. those things are durable, as long as you dont throw it in the washing machine (and even then, fitbit sent me…

what other possible motive would you have for even starting this thread then? many people on here are following the plans that mfp recommends when putting in their stats... in alot of cases, thats 1200 (plus those that eat exercise cals back) btw.. basically every single nutrition site details and recommends options…

it seems to me that from a mathematical standpoint.. both would give the same result.. short term long term... i would think the heavier exercise regime would lead to lean muscle and other variables that would improve metabolism..

you know.. i actually appreciate it i figure the idea of letting the social concept of the site in.. will include opening it up to hear peoples opinions on all subjects.. whether they are popular opinions or not. over time, my FL may be grow and get weeded down to just ones that I feel offer valuable contributions.. but…

Then went back up about 40, before starting again (had intended to put 20 back on, but meant to do it in a better way).. didnt adjust my numbers or start them over…

Ive read a ton of the posts about not putting on muscle, while on a calorie deficient diet.. and I definitely wont argue with that.. Really, Im more interested in what most people feel is the best way to go about dropping weight, while also working on the transformation process. Id like to lower body fat, while also…

i tried to read through this thread.. because i find the subject pretty interesting too.. but got lost in all the arguing. this was the response that i thought seemed to most directly answer the OPs original question.. and would like to get more feedback on this..

did you cut your inserts based on the predrawn size lines on them? I found this to be pretty ineffective, because not all shoes run the same instead, pull the insert out that originally came with your shoe, and trip back the replacement inserts using the originals as a guide if you're already doing that.. i got nothing tie…

they have been a good option for me for lunches.. it beats going out to lunch everyday.. and if i relied on myself to make my lunch and bring it to work, i would end up going out everyday.... after trying a few.. i found like the marie callender meals the best... kroger typically has a large selection, many of them are…
