how do you (and how closely) calculate your salads?
most things i eat are pretty easy to track but from time to time, ill run to the cafeteria of one of the business up the road and hit the salad bar.. question about the running tracker
anyone know why the available options for entering your run skips from 10 min miles to 11.5 min miles.. it seems that with the exception of that gap.. there is an available entry for about every .5 miles but for some reason, there is a 1.5 min mile gap.. my typical 40 or 60 min session is more along the lines of a 5.75 mph…
