  • The same thing happened to me bro. Switched to night shift and work 12s M-F. I have only gotten back on recently. I cut exercis as my job is already physically demanding; ive lost 5.6 lbs since late July. Lets do it.
  • You probably get way too much from the foods you eat, especially canned. Table salt is a no no. Try himilayan salt with unsalted whole foods like plain rice or boiled potatoes and youre golden.
  • You dont need vitamins. Your body is more efficient at absorbing nutrients when you have less of them. And especially if you eat gluten ,taking vitamins is a waste. Youre just peeing it out. Id be careful.
  • Have a cheat day , bu then work small cheat meals or snacks into your calories every day. When i did this , i found myself bored with *kitten* food and actually wanted to eat healthy.   • What about the guys who lost weight eating nothing but oreos and twinkies? It certainly isnt healthy, but it will always be calories in and calories out in terms of weight loss.
  • Dairy is highly processed and youd never get it in nature. It really has no place in the human diet. The calcium in it praised for bone growth and strength . Its too much calcium and it actually hurts bone health and contributes to osteoporosis. Plants have all the calcium and fat you need.

  • All the protein you need is in the food. People have plenty of problems when they skimp on carbs; ive never had a problem getting 10% protein in the day. 80% carbs is definitely fine and you will still build muscle.

I have seen it waaay easier to get your calories from carbs than fat. Eat a whole block of cheese and you'll be hungry later,except you cant eat anything because else. Too many calories....

  • My bread n butta: Brown rice ,mixed vegetables (frozen), canned beans. Tons of calories. Complex ones at that! Homemade chipotle!
  • Fruit is only a problem if you are a diabetic. No person i know has become diabetic from consuming too many fruits. You can eat as much fruit as you like.
  • Anything over a 300 calorie deficit i would be careful because you run the risk of burning muscle. You will lose weight yes, but you will feel like crap. I had to lose weight for wrestling. I went from about 195 to 171 in the course of 1 month and i lost most of my stregnth (i was pretty strong too before).
