Thanks all, i appreciate it. I Just got back from the gym and i will be off for a 4 mile run in the morning. Tomorrow will be a new day and new start. All the tips sound good. Think i need to look in to the salt thing, i do tend to put a lot of salt in my food.

I think i depends on your goals. Do you want to just be able to run it side or would you like to do some races? Running on a treadmill is a lot better on your joints. Also its easier to keep track of distance, time and calories. How ever i have recently started running out side as iam doing a 5 mile race soon, and its a…
