Hi, I am back to. I am not sure what I weigh becasue it is such a gain I don't want to get on the scale. I have been blaming Menopause and not working but it is my eating late at night chips and snack foods. I have to stop, what about you?

It has warmed up here in Canada so I was out walking the dog and cross country skied on the weekend. Just want to eat and eat. I think it is the hormones or something like menopause causing this. I am taking the carbocia Garcinia but still have a hankiering to eat and eat late into the evening.

Quinoa breakfast. Cook up one cup, add apple, some brown sugar and spices, raisins and walla. Eat a 1/4 of this it will hold you till lunch.

Started back eating right and blow it Saturday. So I come on here and track my eating so I can get on track tomorrow and the next day. One day at a time. I watched Doc Zone (Canadian show) They said do diet and habit breaking in moderation. Don't beat yourself up if you slip just get back on the horse.

Try the Quinoa loaded with fiber and protein. For 1/4 cup 3g fiber/5 g. protein. 170 calories.

I didn't have this today, but I have cooked up some quinoa and am going to make some smaller portion sizes apples and honey with a little cinnamon. Yepp! Single here too. It doesn't seem that I have a boyfriend for the V-day. It would be nice but again not this year. It seems the relationships end just before they have to put out for V-day.
