you might as well make up a number off the top of your head and enter that...it'll be just as accurate as any other guess... did the restaurant add any hidden calories or fats? did they add oils or butter to the vegetables? how big was the serving size?

if it's not a level tablespoon, it's not a tablespoon's worth of peanutbutter or calories... I weigh my peanut butter as it's a high calorie item and why bother logging if it's not going to be accurate...

that seems awfully low for uncooked pasta. Most pasta I've seen is between 300-330 calories per 85g dry pasta.

I roasted some then checked the calories and promptly threw them in the garbage...

Kraft Sweet Onion salad dressing...it's become my "mayo" since developing a severe egg allergy a few years ago excellent with tuna :)

I'm going to stick to my calorie budget...doesn't matter what the day is. Food is no longer a "treat" or a "reward"...it's fuel for my body...period! If I want to treat or reward myself it isn't going to be with something as insignificant as a piece of pie or a second helping of stuffing. My sense of taste no longer…

DANCE!! In my late 20's I had lost over 80 lbs in 7-8 months of bad eating and HARDCORE drinking...but we danced all night at the bar and stood/danced half the night partying afterwards... drinks of choice then...Smirnoff triple black, Bacardi breezer orange, tequila rose, insane amounts of jello shots in the best…

I had a full hysterectomy at 28 and lost about 80 lbs afterwards. I wasn't trying to lose weight...it just came off :) (unfortunately in the 10 years since it crept back on but due to my bad eating habits not related to the hormones or surgery) A year before my hysterectomy I had emergency surgery to remove a ruptured…

I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago. I ate eggs all the time then all of a sudden I got wicked stomach pains afterwards. This happened only a couple of times, then it got worse...way worse...like exorcist style projectile vomitting worse... along with heart palpitations and cold sweats... Needless to say I…

Drugs don't discriminate based on income level of the user...I wouldn't recommend it to someone who could afford it because the issue isn't with what they are doing to get it, it's what it does to their body...and the desire to quit something harmful should be commended no matter if the substance is soda, drugs, alcohol,…

I'm comparing an addiction that kills with an addiciton that kills. The OP said "I know some people say "treat yourself, you deserve it" but I don't want to! I don't want to eat something grease laden and get the taste back for unhealthy food, which is what I know will happen! I've discovered after multiple attempts at…

I agree with you totally on not having cheat days. I don't even like the term...I know a lot of people will say you can't deprive yourself of "treats" or you will fail.REALLY?? Would they tell a recovering crack-head to just do a few lines once a week and they'll be fine?? Or tell an alcoholic trying to get sober to have…

I am allergic to shellfish (diagnosed as a child), don't know what it would do to me, but don't have any desire to find out lol Food sensitivities include RICE (fine rash only if I eat it every day for a couple weeks) Oranges(well any CITRUS I've tried really) give me very bad, very painful hangnails (not from peeling…
