Weekends have been my STRUGGLE! I am fine during the week, but the weekend always kicks my butt. I weighed this morning at 250.2 lbs. I want to see the 240's so bad (its been a while since I have seen that number). My goal: to have a healthy weekend and be in the 240's by Monday.

I am looking to get rid of the sandwich also. The chips are only 150 calories. The sandwich is 480. I am hoping to substitute them both for something healthier and less calories.

I do eat the sandwich on whole wheat currently.

As of now, I am trying to lose a little more weight, but will begin with some light weight/strength training soon. I usually eat a PB sandwich and chips for lunch every day. I always assumed this is better than eating out every day like most my co workers (and I guess it is). However, now that I am actually being careful…

I must admit. I was not expecting two deaths. I was thinking Glenn or Maggie, but not two deaths. It was brutal, but they are doing a great job building Negan as the bad guy. Cant wait to see where it goes from here. Also happy to see other TWD fans on MFP.

Thanks for your input. To answer your question I do not feel hungry or tired often, and will likely to continue on my current path. I just did not want the protein (or lack of) to hinder my progress.

I currently eat about 50g of protein a day. It says my goal protein should be around 100g per day. Current weight: 248 Goal Weight: Healthy 200 lbs.

I had the Live Feed every year. However, I bought a new home and do not have wifi at my current home, so decided to not get the Live Feed.
