I have a Polar FT7 and like it quite a bit. Mine only keeps track of exercise time, cals burned, HR, and lets you know if your in the optimal zone for fat burn or cardio improvement. I think most GPS monitors will be a wrist watch. There may be amore expensive Polar one that has all you're looking for. Oh, and the polar…

I take back all I said and now I'm going to get my *** off these boards cause clearly I can't read and have a bad case of foot in mouth  but for the girl who said the gut thing, seriously, smack him in the throat

+1

My response was to the sucking in the gut part. To me that doesn't sound acceptable for any reason. I completely believe some women have a lot of things going on that are "only in their heads."

^^ this. Never settle just because you don't thinks you'll ever do better. I would have smacked that ***hole in the throat.

The one piece really flatters your curves! I like it a lot.

I think the biggest complaint is they are pretty high in sugar.

In my opinion swimming is by far the best form of exercise for beginners. It's my preferred exercise. I find that I can swim for a solid 60 minutes doing laps and not feel as out of breath and exhausted as I did before. Of course just walking is good. At least it's some exercise. If you choose to do it outdoors try to find…

I guess I've been overweight for so long I can be patient with my skin to recover *fingers crossed* thank you Youcandoeet Rumplesnat, you are definitely an inspiration! Congratulations on your weight loss. You've lost what I'd like to. I'm going to have to try incorporating some Pilates in my workouts now :)

I'm by no means a protein powder guru. I was trying to find the best non-GMO and came across Perfect Fit Protein. Its vegan and raw as well. It doesn't really have much of a flavor so you can mix it in your smoothies or what have you. I used it for protein pancakes which I know a lot of people are just because it has egg…

Definitely bookmarked this page! Thanks for sharing, I've been using a recipe website from the co-op I use for my produce http://urbanacresmarket.com/recipes. It doesn't have calorie counts or things like that, but a lot of the recipes are really tasty

Thank you for sharing that with me Elena! I can't even explain how terrified I've always been the thought of having a child at this weight. Seriously, I'm a worst-case scenario girl and I am all for getting healthy to avoid any complications. I wish you the best of luck on your journey, and I will keep you in my thoughts…

Misskittyninja, You just gave me a reason for a weekly massage! Definitely my favorite advice so far :) thank you for all the great tips.

Blondageh I think about lifts and tucks probably once a week and realize I'm just way too broke for that:laugh:

New to the boards. Silly question - how do you post photos? Do I have to use a photo share website?

Hahah, love. That's a strong word for burpees.

See if there is a CO-OP in your area for locally grown produce and meat. I get about 15lbs of ORGANIC produce for $17. For 30lbs it's like $27. Free range eggs and organic meats are much cheaper from here, too. My co-op has a pick up every two weeks but you might have one that is weekly. People also tend to think ALDIs is…

I've never been pregnant but that is the main reason I've started making this change. My husband and I have been talking about children but I want to do what I can to have a healthy pregnancy and baby. I had a friend who starting losing weight because her fertility specialist said it may help...she lost 21lbs and got…

I feel your pain with the limited grocery budget. My husband and I recently signed up for a co-op in our area which provides locally grown produce. Since it's locally grown the cost is cheaper. I usually get about 15 pounds of produce every two weeks for $17 ( And it's all organic which is amazing! ) Aside from the produce…

What's the best way to calculate that? I just used three versions of the calculator and my energy expenditures varied, the biggest variation of 700cals.

Most recent was the day after the Fourth. I did really well avoiding all the ribs and potato salads and heavy sweets on the 4th. I woke up the next morning, ate my egg white scramble but still felt hungry. First mistake, I opened the food pantry and just starred.. You know you're headed for trouble when you absent mindedly…
