Has anyone here NOT had sweets since the 1st? I wanna know how many hard-corers we have in this..... P.S......I think all of us who don't give up are hard core!

Ugh...I went 5 days without sweets....then all of the sudden on Friday I had a sweets binge, and it lasted until this morning!!!! But, I have to say that I didn't want that much of it today....and I'm going back on my plan. Lets see if I can make it through this next weekend. =) I'm not giving up!!!!

I don't know how this is possible...but I've already lost 2 lbs since yesterday.....??? =) Hey! Whatever works...I'm not complaining. =)

I'm doing great!! First day on no sweets went really well, although it was very tough for me. I'm not cutting fruits, so they're pretty much saving me right now. Holy cow! I just picked up ANOTHER cookie, but put it back down again, and ate a pretzel instead! Yay! This motivation thing is working!!! =) lol

I'm not even going to let that one in. I know they say dark chocolate is better for you, but I'm not going to do it since it's still chocolate and a (dessert). =) But that's just me. Do what is right for you! =)

Great! Thanks everyone for joining in with me! I got my co-worker in on it too...=) We can do this! OH! Fruits are definitely in for me, I'm just cancelling out cakes, cookies, muffins, candy...etc. I might try to stick with whole foods as well, but not if it's gonna distract me from the main point. Your metabolsim probably needs a boost...are your meals spread out evenly throughout the day (grazing)? I find that helps with my weight loss. But if you feel like you're stuck at the same point, either you need to decrease your calorie intake, or increase it slightly. Your exercise and eating plan was probably slowing up…
