Sounds like you may need more protein. My mum had the same problem feeling lightheaded, but felt better when she added more protein to her diet. Try almonds or pecans (raw is better), peanut butter or a slice of cheese. Plus those are all high calorie which may hep you get enough cals for the day. Good luck to you!

At first I was losing on average 1 1/3 pounds per week. Eight months later it slowed down a lot. Then it seemed more sporadic- which I think is normal. If you are hungry, try adding some more protein to your diet. It does takes some time for your body to adjust to lower calories. Best of luck to you!

About 18 weeks. I think it all depends on how much you have to lose, how much you exercise, what kind of foods you are eating, etc...

Eating fewer than 1000 calories per day sends your body into catabolism (your body metabolizes muscle instead of fat as it can break that down easier) and that isbad for you! Try to eat foods with higher calories if you are having trouble getting all your calories in i.e. nuts, avocados, peanut butter, cheese. Best of luck!

I think a big thing for me has been calling it a lifestyle change, not a diet. A diet implies that it will have an "end", but I want this to be the way I live my life. Everyone else has said it and it is just watching the calories and moving more! Good luck to you!

It took a while for my chest to shrink but eventually I went down 1-2 cup sizes (depending on the bra).

I have lost 46 pounds since January by sticking to 1200-1300 per day. Plus I cut out sugar, all flour and almost all corn. I eat lots of fruit and salads and dairy. It is doable! Good luck. You can add me, too.
