Are you measuring yourself? Musle weighs more than fat, so that might be a reason. Don't give up!

If you have 30% of you calories come from protein, and at least 35 grams of fiber, you won't be hungry. It's sometimes hard to get all that in, you'll feel like you're eating all the time, but you will be full, and you will drop weight.
