  • I haven't had to do it recently, but i know how it is when you are on call in the middle of the night. You just get hungry. If i had to do it now, i guess i would eat in the middle of the night, but i would eat some raw veggies so it wouldn't be too many calories but it would be filling. Just my thought!

  • Yes it's a long road, a life time, but the fact is IT'S WORKING! Good Job, I have lost about the same amount in the same amount of time. As long as I am seeing a pound or 2 a week I am happy. You didn't gain it overnight and will not lose it overnight. Keep going!
  • It helped that I could walk the beach everyday. But we did eat out every night and I did splurge on some ice cream but everything in moderation. Looking forward to continue to lose, it's slow but going down.
