WTG Michele, I start week 3 day 1 tomorrow and am so excited and nervous at the same time.

I start week 3 tomorrow, cant believe its has been 3 weeks already but I love the small increases each week, I love challenging myself. Feel free to add me as a friend.

Karen that is great, I've been afraid to eat too many as well but I will experiement starting Monday. I usually eat my 12 plus about 200 extra exercise calories. I was thinking of just upping my calorie count to 1500 exercise included but we shall see how my body reacts.

This is what I am going by http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml and I downloaded app that helps me during the workout. It tells me when to walk and when to jog so that helps the workout go by smoother instead of being so focused on the time you are walking and jogging.
