I wish they just gave measurements. Like for shirts should say fits up to X" or whatever. No point int sugar coating it in some ridiculous "size". Just make it simple.

Someone once told me to make sure I am breathing from my belly not my chest (not sure if that makes sense), pretty sure it's the difference between shallow and deep breathing. It has helped me a lot though.

It wont reduce belly fat. However, I drink a ton of water and have started putting mint and lime in it just to switch things up, it tastes good and refreshing.

I am having a similar issue, however mine started when I washed my strap. Now it suddenly reads things like my HR is 28 or 33, only those two numbers nothing else. I may need to replace the batteries. How long do they usually last?

I love my Flex. It's not 100% accurate but none of them are. It pushes me to do more. I have a desk job and so I never realized how sedentary I was. It was eye opening for sure. Now I set my daily step goal and push to get it. Last night I was pretty far off so it pushed me to run for a while just to get my goal.

I have a Keurig so I usually put my tea bag in my cup then run hot water through the Keurig, let it steep, and it's done. Depending on what kind I drink I usually drink it plain. All depends on the flavor of tea.

I log half of my gardening time when it is not normal things I do. Like Friday I did a lot of weeding, I push mowed our lawn (we have a riding lawn mower too but I didn't use it), and I used the weedeater. I was at it for about 5 hours but I logged two hours of gardening.
