Yep, I'm down 30 pounds (from a size 12 to between an 6 or 8). Down lots of inches and my boobs are the same size. I know that they will eventually reduce in size but so far no luck.

What kind of Fitbit do you have? I have the Fitbit Charge HR and tracking my workouts is as simple as holding down the button for a short period when I start and stop the workouts, it's not necessary but it gives you some pretty cool stats.

Want to do a Whole30? I'll be your motivator and and help push you? I have the same problem, I do really good then I start adding back things slowly and next thing you know I'm full blown binge eating sugar. I have to cut things out completely and once the cravings are gone I don't want them.

But it says right on the website that it is a weight loss supplement.

I made sloppy joes last night and my family had it on buns and I had mine over zoodles. I like to spiralize a cucumber, add fresh mint, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and some red onion. Super yummy.

I was a heavy sleeper too I gradually started waking up earlier and earlier, did that for a while then started working out at 5 am. I got tired of that and started doing my workouts when my kiddo was asleep at night, and I like that a lot better.

I monitor and play all the games my son (9) wants to play prior to him playing them, he also has a daily time limit. I don't allow him to play games where you shoot other humans mainly because games are so realistic looking and I would like to preserve my child's innocence on that matter. I don't want him to see what it's…

I haven't gotten to lift much in the last few months due to no longer having a gym membership. I am slowly building up my home gym, and can't wait to get back to heavy lifting.

Not draining it makes the best tacos. Just ground beef and taco seasoning, delicious.

Yes this exactly! Listen to your body. My body performs better when I eat less carbs and no wheat, doesn't mean it's the best for everyone. Can I eat more carbs and lots of wheat? Sure, but I don't feel as good. Try the 40g for a few weeks, see how you feel, then reevaluate as necessary.

Both of these programs are great. I started with New Rules of Lifting for Women, which is a bit more complicated but I feel it gave me a better range of lifts.

I have found that if I do moves I really really hate, my form super suffers. Might be worth it to trade mountain climbers or jump squats, or a combo of the two.
-
I use alcohol or witch hazel.

All of what he said. If you end up at the end of the day with extra calories try adding a tablespoon of nut butter or coconut oil to meals. That will eat up lots of calories without filling you up to much. I have to Charge HR and I love it. Keeps me motivated and helps me get a better understanding of what I should be…

I love them. I have no back pain when I do them, and I stop when I feel my form suffering.

I go after every meal. My body like immediately processes the food and it's done with it. I'm not sure that is even healthy. However we have a girl at my office who goes just about a often as me, it takes her a minimum of 15 minutes and no one can use the bathroom for at least an hour after that. It's awful.
-
How long have you had it? I think online it says to wear it two finger width from your wrist bone.
-
I have a motivation board to remind me daily. I'll post a picture when I get home. It keeps me mentally on target. I also don't let certain things in my house that I know are trigger foods, and I don't go to stores/coffee shops/restaurants that I know I can't control myself at.
-
My energy levels revolve a lot around what I eat, so you could start by evaluating what you are eating. Also you will have more energy once you get back into it, the first few weeks you really have to push yourself though.
-
Fitbits aren't syncing either. Must be something going on with MFP.

I'm super excited to do another one. I avoid regular potatoes as well, just because I found other things I like better.

These measurement make a huge difference. I couldn't believe it when I set my correctly.

^^This. My husband is insecure as well. Sometime my workouts get to him, he would love to come but it makes him even more insecure. After a bit of reassuring that I absolutely love him beyond measure, he now encourages me to workout. On days I am not feeling it he pushes me.
