NDT for the win. I love that man. I eat meat from a local farm, it tastes better. Health wise I've eaten both organic and none organic and didn't notice anything different.

I found this awesome recipe and it was amazing. http://nomnompaleo.com/post/74180911762/cracklin-chicken My whole family absolutely loved it.

I will agree with this^^^ I did it for health reasons and really like how I feel, but if I didn't need to I would do it.

My real life friends went from a whole lot to about 3 after the first year of my healthy living. I spent less time drinking and going out, and more time with my family and enjoying being active. It took the first year for me to be able to learn how to be social without having it be about my healthy lifestyle. I'm ok with…

I just completed Whole30 for health reasons, I am on day three of reintroducing foods. So far I know that dairy isn't causing me any issues. I really enjoyed it, but definitely went through the stages they describe on the website.

All of this. I have a Charge HR from a Flex. Love love love it.

I'm doing one in 6 weeks and I don't feel nearly as ready for it as I should.

I put grilled sweet potatoes, zucchini, breakfast sausage, and spinach in a container the night before (or weekend depending on how busy my week is). Then I take the container with me and eat it when I am hungry, sometimes that right away, sometimes that not until 11.

My understanding is that it isn't necessary. However, I drink around 94+ ounces a day. I have a nalgene bottle that I carry with me everywhere. I usually sip on it when I start thinking I want to snack, to determine if I am actually hungry or not. I easily get in plenty of water.

In January my cousin asked me to be her Main of Honor, her wedding is in July. My family had been helping me look for a dress (I get to pick my own), I kept hearing things like "You want something that is flattering", "You need something that can hid some extra weight", "Good thing the color is Navy, dark colors are…

Really check into Whole30. There are a ton of recipes and following doctors guidelines it can be very helpful. I have to do it for medical reasons as well. I am working on reintroducing foods now to see what could be causing the issues but have only added dairy back, and am happy to say, it's not dairy.

I've consistently lost with my Charge HR. I think it underestimates, I know my flex did. It also just motivates me to get going. I do challenges with people and it makes it even more fun.

I am on day 18. Loving it and would love to be added to a group.

I am on day 5 of the Whole30. I am not logging my food for the first week though so I have no idea what my nutritional balance is, but 50% is high I would assume. Probably more around 20-30% depending on the amount of protein you are eating.

Yep my hubs is getting a big kiss too. He usually tells me to slow it down a notch, and that I look fantastic. That being said we both know he couldn't keep up with me in a workout so he doesn't pretend like he can.

3 meals during the week and usually just 2 on the weekends.
-
I tried it and was the only one in my house that ate it (only because I was too stubborn to admit it sucked). Super time consuming and just tasted like cauliflower with cheese and pepperoni.
-
I premake a lot of meals so that all I have to do is heat them up and go.
-
I just started Whole30 yesterday. I used Pinterest for meal ideas to plan for the coming weeks.

I have a mandolin and a spiralizer, I usually recommend to just get a mandolin if you aren't sure about the spiralizer. The mandolin does the same thing but it also does more. That said, I use both regularly and love them. They are cheap through Amazon and for me they were worth every penny. But I will say; zucchini…

I am on week 3 of it. Love it.

I use MFP for my good logging, because I already have everything in there. For most everything else I use FitBit. I like the social part of MFP so I will never full switch to FitBit.

I'm two weeks in and totally home at one month my results look like yours. Awesome job!!

I believe you have to have it set to allow negative calorie adjustments and your fine (at least that is what mine does). When I run; Map My Run syncs to MFP and my Fitbit syncs to MFP so I end up with a negative calorie adjustment that balances it all out.

Hi everyone, I'm Karli. I am just starting to transition to low carb again. I did it for a while this time last year and lost 30 pounds. I stopped and have gained 10 back. I have 30 to lose at this point and think this will help. I have found since eating a high number of carbs again, I am much more sluggish, my skin is…
