I've been thinking about doing this for a while - everyone seems to get such good results with it. I won't be able to do the first workout until Sunday though - not great to be starting a step behind everyone else, but guess it will just push me harder to keep going when I hear how well you are all doing! I've got 3 miles to add from yesterday and 3.4 to add from today, taking my total for the month up to 83 miles. Quite a way short of my goal, but hopefully March will be a better month!
