I would also recommend weight training to increase muscle mass ( not size) if you are not already doing so. That means your body would be able to burn fat more efficiently. You may want to set up a session with a personal trainer to assist you with this.

I would say that people noticed when I went form 170 to 150 pounds and it was mainly the people who did not see me as often. Some of my co-workers mentioned it also.

I am 5' 2" and currently weigh 145 pounds, and I hope to get down to around 130 pounds or lower. More imporantly I want to make lifestyle changes to ensure that I am can stay healthy and maintain my weight. :smile:
