I agree with the above posts. Add more protein to the snacks so that they're more of a replacement for snacks. Also, just keep in mind the carbs and sugars :). I would suggest more exercise so that your guilty feeling goes away. I usually add extra minutes to the treadmill or workout dvd to make myself feel better about something I ate during the past day or two. And you shouldn't feel guilty. I agree, it's best to weigh in the morning. Your body does a lot of work while you're resting, so it's best. I think there's an article on here somewhere discussing that,. I do mine on Mondays in the mornings before work. I love doing it then because I look forward to the rest of my day :)
