I just looked at your week this week and from that I am basing what I am saying. You need to eat more protein and way less fat and less calories.

I had to use Wii fit all winter as we had snow on the ground for months. I lost a lot of weight during that time working out about and hour a day 5 days a week. All my money was going into my daughters wedding so no money for a gym so it worked!!

Congratulations! I am trying to get there as well and have about 8 or 9 pounds still to go to get into the "normal weight range"! I was really happy when I dropped out of the obese range into overweight and I will be ecstatic when I drop into a normal range. That is exciting news for you! Keep up the good work!!!

My favorite is: baby spinach strawberries feta cheese 1 tbs real bacon bits 1 tbs almond accents honey roasted almonds with pomegranate 1 tbs Light House Gorgonzola and Pear Dressing 1 tbs I put all in large baggie and shake altogether, Sometimes I add grilled chicken or steak. So good!!

I am always over. Sometimes as much as 25 and I have lost 30 pounds so far since February.

Yes,,,,i won't allow myself to go over my goal. The hardest is the days I don't exercise and have nothing else to play with and you have to eat 1200 or else it says you are starving yourself....I try to get it as close as I can but I can't go over. I am weird I know! I exercise 5 times a week so usually I am good.

that is a good idea. I won a challenge with a group of friends and got $200.00 toward new clothes and I know how to make it stretch so I do have some cute new things. I just wonder what size I will be in when I am at my goal weight. I have another 13 pounds to go.

This is real cake and you get a nice sized piece and dont have a whole cake laying around your house to tempt you to eat more. I mix in 6 dark chocolate chips and sometimes a little peanut butter for a variation. I have lost 26 pounds and my husband and I eat these at least a couple times a week.

We like to microwave ours and then cut open and spread laughing cow cinnamon cream cheese on like butter and put 1 tsp of brown sugar. They are so good this way!!

I am 5'4" and started out at 187 and my goal is 145. I really like what I see so far with the before and after pics. I am currently at 166. 145 looks really good on our height by what I see in the pictures so I am glad that is what I set.

Feel free to add me. I am newer to this site. I have only been on for a couple months but I am doing really well. There are so many exercises you can do for free just by looking them up on youtube. Also since I started walking 5 days a week I am seeing better results than I was before. I am on here multiple times a day and…
