My friend who is a nutritional coach says to put cinnamon in your coffee or eat oatmeal. She says that cinnamon and oatmeal level out your blood sugar and help take away the cravings. I think oatmeal with cinnamon mixed in would be good. Maybe give it a try???

Today I walked 4 miles. I try to do 15 minute miles but today I averaged about 15 and a half min miles. I am in a small July challenge and for today I did 32 lunges . 160 Squats . 12 pushups and today was rest day for crunches.

My fave is venti iced caramel machiatto with nf milk and I sub toffee nut instead of the vanilla. I had these on a pretty regular basis of course putting all the stats in FP and I lost 52 pounds.

I make this but I put in 1 packet of stevia and a cap full of vanilla. I make one large "pancake" like a frittata.
