Hi, I'm Yana! 3 years ago I used this app religiously and it helped me lose 30 pounds. Well life happens and I kind of gained that back plus some.
I'm hoping to lose about 45 pounds, but I'm also into gaining some muscle too. Any friend requests would be appreciated, I'd like to have more people to follow and help motivate and inspire
