I am 5'4" and my goal is 145. I think that is a weight that I could maintain and it is under the overweight range. I think that is a good goal. You can add me if you would like :)

thanks to the person who gave you advice about adding protein because what she said was true about carbs and not enough protein. I am going to definitely remember that next time I feel really hungry and want to have a snack attack. Good job on passing up the donuts for healthier foods. :smile:

I don't have any advice but am curious as well. I would like to buy one too! My friend bought one the other day and she loves hers. She puts her rice in before work and it is ready when she gets home.

We do our sit ups on an exercise ball. It doesn't strain your back and neck that way.

A gal posted one yesterday and I tried it and it is good. 1 can black beans drained and rinsed well 1 can whole kernel corn drained 1 can diced tomatoes such as Rotel 1 can fat free refried beans 1 can fat free chicken broth.
