  • Im around the same measurements, and I was stuck for a few months BECAUSE I was eating 1000 calories. I think we are going to have to up the calories especially if we are exercising. Our bodies may be hoarding the fat because it think its starving. Since we dont have much to lose, because my BMI is normal and Im assuming…
  • ...I know exactly how you feel. Im 5'5.5 151lbs 33-28-40, and my pants size is 10, maybe an 8 on a good day and my bmi is normal. my goal is 140 and it seems the only way im going to reach that is to cut off a leg lol. i guess its harder for us because its that last pesky 10 pounds.
  • I think I can testify that you will not make progress eating below your NET calorie goal. I probably could have lost more if I just ate 1500 calories with no exercise this past month versus exercising and NOT eating back the calories to meet my daily goal.
  • I agree, my scale literally had dust on it until my mom said something! ugh! evil woman, jk =) I think my biggest downfall was NOT eating back my exercise calories. Logically it make sense to set a goal at 1500 calories, burn off 500, and leave the NET at 1000 for the day but apparently, I've got it all wrong.

I didn' t think it was important to eat back all the calories I burned. So you can…
  • I can never find a clear cut explanation on my caloric intake. I'm 5'5 1/2. I weigh 151.2 (last time I checked two weeks ago), I work out atleast 5-6 times a week, and Ive recently added light weights. 1300 is too low? Should I atleast go to 1800 calories? And can someone please clear up the NET calories for me? Does that…
  • I would eat a sleeve of saltine crackers and a bowl of oatmeal a day. It was the dumbest thing I've ever done. I've never done anything like that before and I will never do it again because in those 3 months of idiocracy, I could have lost atleast 10 pounds the healthy way and kept it all off.
