Bit of both really. 1200 calories is not that much so I tend to use half of my exercise earned calories on food & the rest as a deficit to hopefully help me shed my last 10 pounds

Yesterday was my first day of calorie counting on this site & I consumed 370 Calories in drinks alone (hot drinks only) I love my coffee with evaporated milk but gonna have to give that one a miss from now on. Real shocker this site!!

I work night shift 3-4 days a week & look after my children during the day so some nights less than 3 hours. Not enough at all!! Hi Just a note...if you increase the incline on the treadmill you burn a lot more calories in the same time. I know it sounds obvious but I was walking flat for a few months & then when i increased the incline to 12-15% I burned exactly double the calories per minute. Also gives the the bottom muscles a great work out this…
