My first job was at Mc Donalds. I worked there 6 months and gained 20lbs in the process. I couldn't imagine eating like that now. So I understand exactly what you mean

My kung fu teacher gave it to me. Its one of the exercise ones. And its pretty heavy, still fun:wink:

I've recently been given a hula hoop and have been playing around with it. It makes me feel like a kid again. Anyways, I looked it up and you can burn from 400-600 calories an hour hooping. How cool is that!!!!! I'm pretty excited:happy:

Yes, you probably will. But you need to make sure that you are getting adequate protien. Especially if your working out. Ad some hummus to your salad. :flowerforyou:

I would suggest Stevia. Its way sweeter than sugar so you use very little of it in place of sugar. I use it to make Kool Aid. It does taste different though, so you have to adjust to the taste. 1/2 tsp of pure stevia extract=1 cup of sugar. Stevia has no calories, and doesn't effect your body the way sugar does Also, even…

I use a total gym, I love it. It sits right in front of the tv . So I tend to sit on it and use it rather than just sitting on the couch. I don't know how many calories it burns though. My kids like to use it too. All they do is little mini squats though, and some push-ups:laugh: its funny to watch. Go here to find out…

I think, calories shows how many you ate. Net Calories shows what you ate minus what you burned off during exercise, again...I think:wink:

be careful with the one day off thing. I tried that and instead of eating one free meal, I ended up eating the entire day. And I ate so much that I didn't loose:ohwell: Ive found what works for me, is to give myself a little treat on days when I know I deserve it. Like when I go above and beyond or on my birthday, ect...…

It's mostly genetic. But something that could help is arm circles, or cherry pickers. With those you don't use weights but it still works your upper arms. Maybe try some slimming pillates.

I think that every once in a while people just have those days. Mine was yesterday:laugh: Not to be presumptuous or anything but I tend to do that when its close to my "time"

I sorry that you have to go through this. I guess I'm lucky, well in the sense that I'm a very picky eater and everyone knows it. So when I say I'm sorry I don't care to eat that, and I bring different food...no one even notices. I hope that you can be that comfortable around your MIL someday. :flowerforyou: Hugs Crystal

I agree, just make sure that you listen to your body so you know when to stop. I have karate 2 days a week and I run every other day except sunday, its my day off. If I feel sick or overworked then I slow it down a bit.

i now what your going through. My son is six yrs old and we thought that he may of had asperger's syndrome. He displayed lots of the symptoms. Anyways, we ended up finding out that he simply has a sensitivity to wheat. I pray that your problem is just that as well.

I completely agree with you. And I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who cried:sad: I was happy that he did the right thing though. I'll also be happy when Dan goes. He's got family at home to help him continue. His attitude just really gets on my nerves.
