I'm 5 9 and weigh 203. Clothing size is a 12. I exercise at least 4 times a week including zumba, body pump and core strength. It took me 2 years of working out to look it. hang in there, I've been doing it for 2 years and wend from size 16 to size 12. It takes time but it's worth it. I can't lose pounds so now I added the 1200 calorie a day diet and am sticking with it completely. I'm beginning to lose the weight on the diet and the muscle base is great.
