Well debs 5/2 is when you can eat anything you like within reason ( that means don,t overdo the calories on the non fast days) then 2 days per week you cut your calories to 500 twice a week is works for a lot of people and we have a 5/2 forum on Facebook to see how everybody does it healthily . Well so pleased my BMI as dropped from 32.4 to 27.1 got to get it to 25 to be normal, was obese, but now going down. Will keep going until I get to that magic number

I also try to plan my meals in the morning, I may have to change sometimes but I find it better to try and plan!plan,plan.Does!nt always work but the majority of times it does
