It's wellbutrin. I do believe loss of appetite is a known side effect.

As far as how to start running...just move your feet faster. Make sure you get fitted for a good pair of running shoes that will decrease risk of injury. Also a lot of running stores around here have form clinics you can go to. Also don't run too fast, make sure you keep your legs under you and breathe, it takes awhile but…

I like grilled porkchops with applesauce. Also you can make a great sandwich with ham, cheese and crushed pineapple and then grilled. Teriyaki chicken with pineapple Sweet and sour chicken

I work nights therefore dinner is 1am. It doesn't matter.

You're not eating very much. Your calories are fine but as far as food quantity it's pretty minimal. Try cutting the cheese or something in half and substituting a small salad or fruit or some veggies and hummus. That'll probably tide you over bet. Also you seem to have one very small meal a day. Try to aim for all meals…

Agree with too little room in the fridge for fruits/vegetables Also that the gyms only allow you two hours for the kids club...seriously not enough time to work out

Honestly there are times I eat just to stay awake after about 40 hours without sleep snacking is a great way not to fall asleep.

I work as a nurse so 7pm to 730am. On my day into work I don't sleep ( up 24 hours) but just track any food from waking to midnight as that day. I eat my work meal (dinner) at 1am but label it breakfast so my breakfast that day after I get off will be lunch and my prework meal will be dinner. Calories usually average out.…

It may just be the decreasing size of your body made the murmur audible.

Just to clarify I do make my coffee at home everyday. I used to go to Starbucks everyday. I just use Starbucks espresso beans and syrup.

Thanks that is genuinely helpful. :)

Okay I guess I don't understand how 1700 calories average, before any exercise is too much to lose any weight in four months when I exercise at least an hour most days with high intensity. But obviously you're right as its not working...

I drink over 2.5L/day. Other than the coffee and an occasional glass of milk it's the only thing I drink

Okay starting off I'm 5'10 and 199lbs. I will address the coffee first, I know this is a poor spot in my diet. But I'm actually coming from 1-3 frappucinos a day. Second I know my veggie count is low, I just don't particularly like them. But will make am effort to incorporate them into my diet more. I do have a food scale…

IRONMAN!! Planning to do a half early next year and my first Olympic next month For everyone who has a triathlon on their bucket list, just do it! Best thing I ever did.
-
I've been working out since the start of the year. The 6lbs was mainly what I had gained carb/salt/water loading after my triathlon. I've been the same weight give or take a pound for 4 months. Just seem to be doing everything right and getting nowhere weight wise but my cardiovascular fitness/endurance is definitely…

So you have anyone to help you? Have them walk with you or have them drop you off a mile or two away from home. Sometimes you have to make yourself until it becomes habit. I agree with finding something you enjoy, if you love cycling, cycle, even if its indoors.

I am on continuous bcp so I dont have a period any more but I'm pretty convinced whatever the reason they make it hard for me to lose weight.

What they said. Also it doesn't mean you can't have any fun. Try to plan an early morning workout on the weekends, my goal is to have gone to the gym and be home by the time my husband wakes up. This buys you some extra calories and if you schedule an appt with a class you are less likely to stay out late as you know…

Usually it is to prevent stomach problems, especially with NSAIDs, others like antibiotics can cause more nausea/vomiting if taken on an empty stomach. A half cup of milk would be plenty in these situations

I'm a nurse on a general surgery floor. Most people do very well and are able to do outpt with minimal pain (nothing a Percocet or micro can't handle). Best advice I can give you post op is walk, walk, then walk more. Not miles but frequent small walks. Some chest, shoulder pain can be from gas and is to be expected.…

I wouldn't do it for the gains, but anything a fellow triathlete wants to do to feel better :) what distance tris have you been doing? What are your goals?

Putting a spoonful of sugar on your tongue causes vagal stimulation and should stop them...otherwise Thorazine works

Usually 8 hours is the amount of time where you should not have anything to eat or drink before a test I don't think your eating had anything to do with your test results. Try small frequent meals and see if that helps your pain until you see your doctor again. They also have medications that can help gi motility
