Please critique my diet, not losing weight
I've been trying to lose weight, exercising most days and tracking calories but still haven't been able to lose much weight. With 50lbs to go very frustrating to know progress is this difficult. All my food is measured/weighed.

Losing weight and training for endurance events
Anyone else in here looking to lose weight while training for endurance sports? I have about 40-50lbs to lose but am addicted to triathlons. So in addition to the weight loss I am training for my end goal of an Ironman. Anyone else in the same boat and able to offer advice/support/motivation.

MFP Calorie Goal while training
