Losing weight and training for endurance events

Anyone else in here looking to lose weight while training for endurance sports? I have about 40-50lbs to lose but am addicted to triathlons. So in addition to the weight loss I am training for my end goal of an Ironman. Anyone else in the same boat and able to offer advice/support/motivation.

    I am just beginning to train for a half marathon in November. I did one last fall and was 13 pounds lighter...so I'd like to get back to that weight by November. Ultimately I have 25-30 to lose thought. I'm a bit nervous, too because I know how HUNGRY I was when I got into the really long runs!

    Just log everything and keep a deficit. If your tired, eat a bit more of your exercise calories back. You can most definitely loose weight and do triathlons.
