How did you get it to do that? I can only get mine to do the iOS calorie adjustment for my steps, not any of my logged exercises. I just thought they were working on upgrading that .

I wear the Apple Watch too and all it does it count your steps. You have to manually log your exercise as based on your HR monitor. I really hope Apple changes this, otherwise, I wish I would've just gotten a Fitbit HR. :/

BMI can definitely be flawed, especially if you have more muscle. But also, how did you find your body fat %? I've found the scale ones to be off.

Cut them up and put them on avocado toast. Yum! Now I'm craving avocado toast! ;)

I actually wear a bigger size at Old Navy than I do American Eagle, Target, and boutique stores. It really just depends on the type of material. I always go up a size in most skinny jeans, b/c of the stretchy material (and I also don't like anything snug) :)

It Works! Wraps. Detox tea, or any other short term gimmick. Anyone over 30 will remember Sugar Busters and Adkins :s

Yes! I am definitely one of those girls who looks too skinny up top. I've been lifting weights and working on getting a stronger upper body so maybe (hopefully) I'll look more proportionate. Bonus would be if I could decrease the hip/saddlebag area :)

I'm 5'5" and at 162 lbs I wore a size 12, and now at 125-130 lbs, I'm in a size 6. I have wide hip bones and have never been smaller than a 4, even when I was under 110 lbs. The 6's fit big in the waist, but fit fine on the hips. :) I'm definitely pear shaped!

This may sound silly, but also look at where you place your scale. I can move my scale along the bathroom floor and get different weights each time (some +/- 2 lbs)

You look just like Jane Krakowski! (look her up if you don't know who she is, she's gorgeous - Jacqueline on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt)

I'm sending you ladies a request. :) I love blogilates! I follow her calendar every day.

Thank you for explaining this. I *think* this is what's happening to me now (although my complete accident, but yay!). :)

Calorie counting is free, WW isn't. I'll always go with the free choice :)

Weight isn't everything. How do you feel? How are your labs? Maybe you can take measurements and check your waist to hip ratio. Personally, I'm 5'5 and my goal has always been 125. BUT once I got there I found it very hard to maintain, I'm pretty sure my body likes me a little heavier, and I'd rather be between 130-135…

Dang, why does my pic not show up? :(

You look just like my high school classmate Diana, so I'm going to say very good at math :)

The good news is, 4 pounds isn't much at all, and very easily reversible. I do understand how frustrating it is, especially when you're trying to LOSE, but you end up maintaining on what you think you should be losing from. I've never weighed a single food item (I know, a big no-no in the MFP world but it works for me),…

The last one I used was a skinny whey protein for women - it was chalky and had a terrible aftertaste IMO. I've heard good things about Quest protein powder, but I haven't personally tried it.

According to my iWatch, I burn around 1700 a day with 12k-14k steps a day. I've always thought this was off, but I guess I'd rather underestimate than overestimate.

The one that took up for the people getting picked on

@Bonny132 Haha! Quite the opposite :) I'd say you were the mysterious one ;)

March/jog in place at your desk every 30 mins or so. I also have a desk job and do this as well as walk the long way to bathroom, brisk walk outside when i can get away, etc.

Thank you! I hate when someone says my bf% must be high for my weight, height, and size to coincide like they do. It's like "You calling me skinny fat or what?" Hip bones are not going anywhere, no matter how much bf% I lose :)

Dem legs.... :)

For me, it's not a higher body fat % putting me at a higher size, it's my hip bones. You can't lose bone LOL Edit: My measurements are 33 x 28 x 38
