I started running when I was 180 (@ 5'5") and so completely out of shape. And now I'm training for my first half marathon in October! It is totally possible if you want it bad enough!! I highly suggest getting properly fitted to avoid injuries to ankles and knees though. Add me if you'd like!

For me, I do a cheat meal every one-two weeks. I don't include it in my calories but I will work out more the next day. They keep me on track with eating clean the rest of the time because I know I'll be able to splurge soon enough. I've lost 40 pounds doing this so it's worked for me.
