Hello there!
I'm slimfitdress. I'm 19 years old, 5'8" and am new to weight loss. Last Summer I weighed 210 lbs and this summer I currently weigh 171 lbs. So over the course of a year, I lost 40 lbs. Which I know is an achievement! It just took so long to get there. I haven't noticed a difference in the way I look so much but clothes fit just a little better. Still wearing all the same stuff. I have a plan to lose about 40 lbs. I want to be at the very lowest bmi that is healthy for me which would be about 19.8. My current bmi is at 26.0 so I'm almost at a healthy weight (big deal for me cause I've never been a healthy weight)!
Anywho, I was just thinking that it would be amazing to have an online support group since I don't really have one at all. After losing 15 lbs within a month, I'm starting to feel tempted to cheat my diet and I just can't do that! It would be fun to get to know some people and hear about goals and check in every once in a while to see how people are doing and what they've accomplished.
