Quinoa and nutritional yeast have nice protein, as well. I am sorry to hear you are sensitive to gluten because seitan has been saving my butt protein-wise. Maybe you just need to find new ways to make beans for them to be a help? Like patties/burgers. Broccoli has nice protein as well, that's been a help for me, too.

Yep, I'm apart of the obese from childhood bunch. Everyone wants to fit in a bikini or reveal their abs and I'm just hoping to not have a gut or backfat. :(

I've caught her workouts on YouTube, but I've never tried them. I do like her enthusiasm though, and read about when she was competing in the bikini competition. Maybe I will do one on my cardio day. :happy:
