Y'all!!!! This is amazing!! I found the recipe last night on The Keto Dad's FB page and decided today I would try it out. His called for berries of your choice, but I opted for a cream cheese filling. This is a before I cooked and after I cooked pic. 2NC and so good! Great for a quick breakfast or snack!

This sounds AMAZING!! I think I will make this with only 1 can of rotel in order to cut a few more carbs out and also use my own taco seasoning! I make Taco season to cut out all the sodium and msg and added carbs!

I'm in! I currently weigh 176, I need to get to at least 168 for my BMI and weight to be normal. I am 5'9". I will strive for 8lbs I def need to lose and hope I can hit the 10lbs goal with all of y'all! I have lost 8lbs since "re-starting" MFP 16 days ago!

My husband can eat 2 LC tortillas a day and still lose, they stall me. I was so disappointed when I saw this, and I tried them several times, and just decided they aren't worth the effort it takes to eat one then be up a pound the next day and take 2-3 days to lose that pound again. These all sound great also! I am really not using it for a heavy meal just light snack/light meal. It has around 250 cals in it. It makes for a yummy treat also and a replacement for ice cream and milk shakes.

Thanks this really has helped, I'm going to weigh once a week and not be fixed on the numbers. It makes sense the muscle and fat mass/ratio. And yes I have noticed the most change in my med section!

I don't see your diary, so its hard to tell...my problem was breads, grains, wheat, anything doughy. I was having the same problem and cut my breads down by 99% and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!
