thats a great idea :) because when i seem to blow it i stop logging because i dont want to admit i ate 10,000 calories i know pushing it but you get the point :)

I turned 50 in January and also have 50 pounds to lose i really want to do this it is a daily strggule i go and quit go and quit i struggle on what foods to eat If anyone would like to be my friend please add me

I haven't yet but doing it tomorrow I have a friend that did it and is a size 4 now and it has been 2 years or hr and she hasn't gained it back
