I don't really know the answer but I have always started with the first one (squats or DL in stage 1) just because it seems to wake all of my muscles up. Now, the other supersets I have done out of order. But I'm curious to see what others say about it.

Thanks Siany! I will stay more focused this week to finish sooner! I'm sure learning the moves in correct form took some time also. So on BWM you stopped/rested after each of the moves? I guess that would be better than not being able to complete it at all. I don't know why the jump lunges are so hard for me!

It seems I'm talking to myself but workout 3B took me 2 hours and I didn't even do HIIT!! I did a 5 min warm up and my spotter (Y employee) did get chatty between sets wanting to learn what I'm doing... I hope this week I can be in and out in an hour... this is getting way too long!

I'm starting stage 3 today! I have dusted off the book to learn the new moves and as I was reading though I realized I totally missed the HIIT portion of stage 2... but I'm ready to start stage 3 tonight... anyone else?

So I have completed 4 workouts on Stage 2 (my sheet is filled up), do I need a new sheet for 4 more workouts or am I done???? I don't have my book with me. And in stage 2 we do 10 reps all along right? just checking. thx.

I tried protein powder and I agree with runzalot... yuck! However I do like SlimFast Creamy Milk Chocolate Shake premixed bottle that's really cold, I don't know how it compares to chocolate milk but 190 cal and 10g of protein.

Yep lambentjewel I said the same thing... I'm researching today since this will be my first day for 2B. I did notice in the book they use a free weight on BSS rather than dumbbells, and the foot being resting upside down on the box, but that was the only difference I can see. Thanks for the vids siany!

The dumbbell one point row is definitely more of balance exercise! I think I did mine to fast for fear of falling over.. LOL The guy spotting me gave me good advice though... focus on something and keep your focus there to help your balance. The FSPP was awkward for me, I cant seem to get my elbows up enough.. anyone…

So glad it was benign mrs_mab.. Don't worry about loosing strength, im sure you will be fine. You're way ahead of me on weight! I started S2 last night, my FSPP were laughable, I couldn't even do 10 with just the bar... :sad:

My moms birthday is also tomorrow and she passed away in 09... she was also my favorite person! I still miss her very much. I'm sure your mom would be proud of you, even with your slip ups, just as I'm sure my mom is proud of me! Hang in there! ((hugs)) :heart:
