I have a fitbit force but I lost the charger...:grumble: and now they're recalled so.. if mine dies before I find my charger I will turn it in and wait for a better one... but I live in GA also... I log every day (most days) open diary to my friends, so feel free to friend me! :bigsmile:

bump... I'm thinking about it also. I need feedback and tips on my form. I don't need motivation to go to the gym but motivation/confidence to put more weight on the bar and maybe new ideas on helping me reach my goals though other types of exercise and nutrition would be a plus.

I suggest just adding the weights to the 45lb barbell... unless your starting out and 45 pounds is too much for you. I've never liked using the pre-weighted ones

Hi, all just creeping this thread to see what's next... I started stage 6 a couple weeks ago but thinking about ditching it and moving on to 7... My question is how long does each workout take? Well... I do have to jump to get my chin over the bar... thus causing some swingage. But yea..
