yea, I always had to calibrate mine. It's saving the info on my run today but it will not update the info to my account I just don't understand. To get any support I have to have a twitter acct... no thanks. :grumble:

I drink a LOT of water, so I get up to get water or go pee at least once an hour. Instead of calling coworkers when I have a question, I just walk to their office.

I just used the 45lb bar with no weights since that is what I got to in stage 2, but in stage 2 I gripped the bar the whole time. It's suppose to rest on your shoulders/chest but I cant seem to make that happen either. The guy at the gym that spots me from time to time seems to think its my range of motion in my shoulders,…

I ended up doing 3 last night... but it did cross my mind to only do 2 when I was doing the dreaded planks... but I pushed through 3 sets anyway, like 40mpw, I guess I really need the practice.

My wrists are my biggest problem, they hurt so bad by the 6th rep that I have to do the last 2 reps gripping the bar. That's the only way I can do all 8 reps. I hope it gets easier. :grumble:

yes.. I noticed the water was very dirty... so I rinsed it and it tasted much better. I don't have a mesh strainer, the quinoa stays at the bottom of the pan, when you pour the water out. but it would make it easier I guess.

I was watching myself in the mirror and I looked like a total goof doing the jumping lunges... it wasn't really lunges at all.. it was more of just a... scissor jump?... lol. maybe it will get better... Like 40mpw said I hope to have it down by A4.

Thank you for this understanding! Question: How does one train your nerves on using the muscles you have by using more muscle fibers?? lifting at maximum? higher reps? Low reps?
