I was doing the Julian Michaels video or zumba but now im getting back into Nike+ Kinect. I run Mon, Wed, and Fri. So on Tuesday its cardio on Nike +Kinect and Thursday its strength training on it... I know im suppose to rest but i have more goals than just to run a 5k.. im also trying to loose another 25+ lbs.

I do my exercise in the mornings before anyone gets up, so I dont get interrupted and you know exactly how many calories you can have for the day. Just limit your fried food and over processed foods. read through posts on MFP to get ideas on different types of exercises and recipies. Good Luck:flowerforyou:

Add me! I aksed the same thing last week with NO repsonce but shoulda known there was a gamer group lol. Anyway i started in January but havent been on it in a month! I need some motivation. It did kick my butt! I also just started C25k, but i can do that with it to get in my strength training. :smile:

I just removed the NIKE+ app from showing up on my fb page and now when i log in it shows 0 nike fuel likes it completely defaulted?? i just gave up on it, any suggestions on getting back on without FB?? :tongue:

i have a 6 month old and work full time. Luckily baby sleeps all night, i get up at 5-5:30 and get on the treadmill, (he wakes up at about 7am) i do at least 20 min Mon Wed and Fri, wed nights hubby keeps baby and i go to Zumba class.
