Hmmm around 23 weeks!! As soon as I had my daughter, with a lot of off days of course. What sorts if foods are best to increase kcals with? I know it's a silly q but that's where I struggle. Without eating ice cream, cakes ect ha I don't know what else to eat.

I log everything, good and bad. Embarrassing when I have an off day but it has to be done to make me realise!!

I was loosing around 1lb per week if not maintaining at 1200kcals. I need to did the right kcals I think which is why I was trying to workout my tdee. I don't want to get any slimmer, it's just fat loss around the tummy to neaten it up abit

Bumped wrong post. Sorry hun I'm no expert so can't give much advice but to get a flat tummy myself i increased protein, decreased carbs and increased good fats. I also did high intensity training 5x per week which really helped. Sorry I can't be of much help, hope you get some answers

I have done a lot of research, my reason for posting on here is because I am unsure of what is the best programmes to go by. Research is key to a good overall knowledge I know but how can I be certain I am reading the best information?

At the moment I work out 5x per week doing mostly hiit training and some weights. Is there so specific plan then? Should I just do each one before cardio? So day 1: chest and tri (any machinery) then 20-30 min cardio?

Another question........artificial sweeteners...good or bad? While cutting isn't it best to keep insulin levels low? Iv been trying to research the effect of sweetners too but can't get a definitive answer

Thank you, most of my sugar comes from fruit and veg as when I snack on almonds/walnuts I don't find them as fulfilling as fruit. I also have veg every evening with my meal. Are these sugars no good?

Thank you, I don't workout for an longer than 40 mins. I also enjoy running which is why I haven't reduced this. Would you suggest lifting post cardio? 19% is a general target, I may get to 20 and be happy with how I look.
