help needed with a lifting routine
Hey all, I need some advice as to where to start with heavy lifting. I used to so nrol4w which I enjoyed but now I just want some sort of routine I can do 4x a week as at the moment I am just doing cardio and getting a little bored. Can any1 help?

Fitbit kcals
Hey all, I know this question has probably been asked but I can't find it when searching. I always see people saying not to consume too little kcals. Fitbit has given me approx 1400kcals today on top of my daily 1200. Do I need to be resetting my daily allowance or is 1200 ok? Some help would be appreciated.

Iv set it up today and downloaded the app on my iPhone, for some reason it has said iv already climbed 2 floors, done 3000 steps and burnt 750kcals!!! Iv not even put the thing on yet. Also since iv been wearing it iv been up and down the stairs but its not registered it?

Is too much sodium bad? I see some saying they have gone over but iv no idea if this is good or bad.

Hey, iv been told by a lot of others I should start lifting heavy? I have 4lbs to loose then want to maintain but gain a little muscle. What weights should I be doing? And what weight? Iv no idea what lifting heavy for a woman means. I don't want to look bulky at all just want to improve my shape.
