i ate 2 pancakes, a grilled breakfast sandwich slathered in cheese, and a plate of hashbrowns. that was a hell of a work out for me.

5'2 and weight doesnt matter to me. ive been 100 pounds and wore a size 3-5. i now weigh 110 and im in a size 1. its all about that muscle.

i have short hair and never had a problem getting guys when i was single. i'm also married now. i would say it doesnt matter if you take care of your body and have a pretty face.

i do it every other week. i just dont feel comfortable doing it for months at a time, but it does work and youll be ok. its about finding whats right for you. give it a try. i dont think its something you should do forever though.

I'm 5'2 and I'm currently at 106. I would love to stay this weight or more, but trade my fat for more muscle since muscle takes up less space. My goal is to be comfortable in a size 1. I can fit in a size 1 now, but it's a bit tight.

Is this a joke? It's not fat shaming, it's supposed to inspire. It's supposed to show that it is possible to a have a busy life and have the body you want. Fat people are way too sensitive. If the caption said "fat people are gross, everyone should look like this" then yes, it would be shaming.

I'm 5'2 and my thighs and butt were deff the hardest thing to shape up. It took 9 months of clean eating and I jog 5-7 miles 5 days a week. Lots of hip bridges and donkey kicks. Hard work, but it paid off!

People are jerks if the don't tip. Car hops make the same as waitresses hourly.
