Squats! Weight vs no weight
So I'm not trying to body build or anything like that. Just want to lift and round my butt a tiny bit. I've been reading a lot of info online, but can't seem to get a great answer on if I should use a bar at the gym or if simply squatting my weight at home is enough. Any experiences or advice? Sugar allowance helpppp
Ok so I see there's a new section for sugar and sodium on the food diary. I typically eat a small yogurt and an apple or an orange a day and I always seem to go over my sugar allowance by like 10 or 20 points. Should I just cut out the yogurt? Help me build muscle!!!
So I go to the gym and do cardio for an hour a day. I've lost the 20 pounds I wanted to, but now I'm stuck on gaining some lean muscle.
